Homebrew dropping support for macOS intel / amd64

<p>Hi all, homebrew announced last year that they were planning to drop support for intel / amd64 CPUs in macOS in September 2026. I opened an <a href="https://github.com/gazebosim/docs/issues/602#issuecomment-3445053712" rel="noopener nofollow ugc" title="https://github.com/gazebosim/docs/issues/602#issuecomment-3445053712">issue</a> with details about this change and a proposed plan, and since brew has already stopped building new intel bottles, I’m announcing it here. My apologies for not announcing it in a discoverable way sooner.</p> <p>My plan is to stop running CI and building bottles for intel / amd64 CPUs on macOS in Gazebo, to follow the brew policy.
